Synopsis:
I was searching for them, but they found me first.
Cerberus. That's what they call themselves. Three men who watch over Axton Harbor with an iron fist--or a bloodied blade--and whose goal is to purge the city of the evil that lurks in plain sight.
So what do they want with me?
They follow me. Chase me. Scare me. Thrill me.
Waking up tied in their basement as their prisoner is the last thing I expect. Craving their touch comes as a close second.
I need them in order to exact my revenge, but I only get what I want if I agree to a deal with these masked devils.
The only question is, will I be another blood splatter on the wall, or will we find a way to work together without risking something more guarded than my freedom?
Like my heart.

Review:
Fallon's life, from the outside looking in, seemed perfect. She was a successful public relations expert for her father's company and she had a best friend who could hack the pentagon if she needed her to. But appearances can be deceiving as Fallon has led a life of constantly seeking out her father's approval while knowing she will always fall short. Her mother has disappeared and been presumed dead and her creepy coworker won't stop asking her out. When a vigilante group called Cerberus starts picking off Helix Enterprise's clients it is Fallon's job to look into a new security firm to assist with any leaks the company may have. However, when three masked men start stalking her every move and finally capture her she had no idea what they could possibly want from her. Until they start demanding answers from the CEO's daughter as to a trafficking ring that her father was assumingly the head of. Will secrets start surfacing that had long been laid to rest and will Fallon make it out a love and one piece when the men who threaten to kill her also threaten to steal her very heart?
Fallon was a spitfire and I felt like I really identified with her. She was so desperate to have her father's approval even though she knew deep down she would never be good enough. She was willing to blindly trust even when she shouldn't until facts were laid in front of her that she couldn't deny. And, of course, she has an aversion to pants that made some of the interactions with the men comedy gold (relatable!). I felt terrible for her when she was tortured and even worse for her when she started to realize that everyone she ever knew was potentially a threat to her very existence. The poor girl disappeared and her father barely batted an eyelash. That had to be hard for her to wrap her mind around. But she was stronger than any female lead I have seen in a while. Even when you think she is going to crack and break down she finds a way to hold it together and throw some sass around in equal measure. She was the rising star of the book for me.
I had never delved into the whole masked men fantasy that BookTok tends to boast about a lot. This was a new one, but I wasn't disappointed. Declan, bless his little psychotic heart, was a favorite for me. He took what he wanted and when he had it refused to let go. Even while the other two were trying to be martyrs and self-sacrifice Declan was standing at the back defiantly shaking his head. Nope. That wasn't going to happen without his say so. He wasn't the leader of the trio but he was definitely the one that encompassed the most bratty of attitudes. I found him endearingly adorable.
This book will take its reader on a rollercoaster of emotion that will leave you angry, hurt, confused, and leave your heart bleeding out all over your Kindle. It is a must read if you are into masked men, reverse harems, or strong female leads.
