Excerpt
"Maybe all those cracks are the mistakes that flower has made in its life, leaving it all alone and vulnerable, but it's still thriving despite it all. I'm sure there are days it just wants to be trampled on or wither away in the blistering sun, because it's feeling hopeless. But it remains. A reminder to the people who take the time to recognize it that there's still beauty in life, despite all the bad things that may happen to us or the blunders we make. Some people live their life allowing those cracks to define them, while others rise above them and realize that through those mistakes there might be beauty in ways we never imagined."

About the Author:
Ever since I can remember, I have always enjoyed Creative Writing. There was always something about being able to travel to a different place or become a different person with just the stroke of a pen - or in today's world a touch of the keyboard. I love creating deep characters who you will love or love to hate.

My life is not as interesting as my books or the characters in them, but then again whose life is? My happy place is a seat by the ocean with my feet in the sand or on the busy streets of New York City. You will more than likely find one of these places as the setting for most of my books.
